Well maybe some eyelash and the eyebrows are weird. and umm the iris is too small. and umm in the background it's a v ray light? If you dont know how to make the eyelash write a pm and i will help :)

Thanks but I know how I could do eyelash its preedy simple but I forgot to do it.
I use the cycles renderer whitch is a full global illumination render engin that hasn't different types of light and. The scene is illuminated by three planes with a simple emission shader.

Thanks a lot! Yes I agree with you that it's flat, colouring still is hard for me. I had such a tough time making the background, cause nothing really fits with her.. but now that I got your point I know why, because she's flat and dont have any other colours that makes you see it has to do with the background, like shadows.. thanks again and for the raiting! :)
